Jeff and Jessie work side by side to carry out their vision of Fitness, Health, Family, and Friends! While adding in a bit of “Fun” to their program, they take being healthy and fit seriously and want you to know your health is just as important to them. Their program is about loving fitness again and being the healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
Team[FIT] involves all techniques of training into their program. Whether it be weight training, agility work, resistance training, cardiovascular, sprints, etc. you will receive a full body work-up from head to toe by the end of the week. Leaving you sore and ready for more! The workouts are strategically timed each day for a 45 min workout, and punctuality is BIG in their world.
