How it works...

2. Purchase your program.
3. Check your email to set up your account and DOWNLOAD the JeffVukFitness App (aka Trainerize).
4. You will create a profile and your program will be added once your profile is confirmed.
5. Open your program and get to work!
*All programs listed below were designed by Jeff Vukobratovich. Being part of the Trainerize community, each trainer is responsible for writing their own programs. The exercises, videos and software are a platform and tools used by each trainer in the community, but developed and controlled by Trainerize.com.
Stretch and Roll (Mobility/Recovery Routine) - $30
Improve your overall flexibility and decrease your pain (during and post-workout). Do this 3 day/week routine post workout for 4 weeks and see how much better you perform in the gym, move outside the gym, and recover in general.
Routines will take 15-30 minutes depending on your current mobility level.
See how well you do on these 14 fitness challenges. Made for beginners or advanced athletes, these challenges will give you a good look on how well you've been training or how much further you need to go to hit these goals. Don't be discouraged, these workouts are short and sweet, but they will test you!

Majority of "active" adults suffer from some level of "low back pain." Some have past injuries, but most just suffer from weak/tight glutes and hamstrings. The first reason can be tricky and take multiple sessions of physical therapy but the second reason is very "fixable" and is usually a result of unbalanced training, too much sitting, or excessive running over the years.
Use this 3 day split to make your low back bulletproof and stop dealing with daily pain.
Join a fitness community without attending a class. Fit challenge bootcamp gives you and others the same weekly workouts, but with the convenience of doing them on your own time. As a group you can share your workouts results and chat with others about your program. Workouts can be done in a gym or at home with minimal equipment. Best part, you still have the encouragement and accountability to keep you going week after week. Each month new workouts will be loaded to the group. Over a 4 week period you will try to improve your "completed time" or "number of reps completed" for each workout. This can be used to compete with others or just to see how you are improving on a personal level.
