We're super excited to have the kids back this Summer for more fitness training! We have made a few adjustments from last year, so please read below.
This year we will focus on some of the same skills as well as some new ones. Our primary goal is to introduce young athletes and those involved in physical activities to the basics of movement/agility (running, change of direction, and footwork). We also introduce our youth to beginner level strength training protocols (body-weight movements and light resistance). This program is for all kids who desire to move and understand their bodies better, as well as, improve their performance in sports, P.E. or just health in general.
